Day 1 – Arusha to Ndutu, NCA
Your safari begins at 8 AM from your Arusha hotel. The scenic 5.5-hour drive covers 260 kilometers, entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) within 2 hours. Arriving in Ndutu, enjoy a half-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Witness the annual migration of over 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebra, antelope, and gazelle, especially between December and April. Explore Ndutu's diverse wildlife, including six species of big cats, before retiring to your accommodation for dinner and rest.
Day 2 – Ndutu, NCA
Today, see the migration again in Ndutu, part of Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). Choose between a full-day game drive starting at 9:00 AM with packed lunch or an early 6:00 AM drive, followed by breakfast and an afternoon drive. Follow the migration's path, especially from December to April, when the plains become calving grounds attracting predators. Experience nature's circle of life, ending the day around 5 PM. Return to your accommodation for dinner and rest, getting ready for another adventure tomorrow.
Day 3 – Ndutu, NCA to Central Serengeti
Today, we're off to the famous Serengeti National Park! After breakfast, we'll travel through endless grasslands to reach the park. The Serengeti is huge, spanning over 14,763 square kilometers, and it's home to the "Big 5" animals, like elephants and lions. Keep an eye out for impalas and unique rock formations called "Kopjes." We'll have a picnic lunch during our game drive. After an exciting day, dinner and rest await at our accommodation.
Day 4 – Central Serengeti to NCA
After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and has fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. Ngorongoro Crater is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.
