7 Days Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara

This safari from Arusha covers 5 iconic Tanzanian destinations: Arusha NP (1 night), Lake Manyara NP (1 night), Central Serengeti (2 nights), Ngorongoro Crater (1 night), and Tarangire NP (1 night), ending back in Arusha. Departure is at 06:30 for a 6-day adventure through varied landscapes and abundant wildlife.

Day 1:

•  Departure from Arusha to Arusha National Park at 08:30 from your hotel.

• Enjoy a guided walk with an Armed Ranger, picnic lunch, and a game drive in the park.

• Arusha National Park features Mount Meru, various habitats including forests and lakes, ideal for birdwatching and wildlife viewing.

• Return to Arusha Planet Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2:

• Depart from Arusha Planet Lodge at 06:30 for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch.

• Explore the park on a full-day game drive, renowned for its baobab trees and abundant wildlife.

• Highlights include large herds of elephants, along with other animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and various antelope species.

•  Return to Karatu Simba Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3:

•  Begin the day with a bush breakfast at 06:00 before departing from Karatu to Serengeti National Park.

• Enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 3 hours to reach the park, where you'll embark on a game drive upon arrival.

• Serengeti National Park is renowned for its incredible biodiversity, including millions of ungulates, numerous predators, and a variety of bird species.

• Experience the vast plains and iconic wildlife of the Serengeti, with opportunities to witness the Great Migration and spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and more.

• Pause for lunch at noon (13:00) before continuing the game drive for the rest of the day.

• Overnight stay at Osero Serengeti Tented Camp.

Day 4:

• As the sun rises, casting a golden hue over the plains, the Serengeti awakens with the stirring of wildlife. Anticipation fills the air as you embark on your safari journey, guided by the expertise of seasoned rangers. Each turn reveals a new marvel of nature, from towering kopjes to lush grasslands teeming with life. The Great Migration unfolds before your eyes, a spectacle of survival and instinct that leaves you breathless with wonder. Spotting a pride of lions lazing in the sun or a majestic leopard perched atop a tree fills you with awe and excitement. 

Day 5

Another Full Game Drive in Serengeti NP

You’ll start with the breakfast at 07hr00 Serengeti National Park's resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with pride of lion up to 30 strong, however, from July to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note - to actually finding a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck. The game will be extended till noon for lunch at 13hr00 then advance with the game drive 15hr00 then start driving to Karatu Simba Lodge for Dinner and Overnight Stay.

 Day 6, 

after breakfast at Karatu Simba Lodge at 06:00, head to Ngorongoro Crater with our driver for a 1-hour journey. Stop for lunch upon reaching the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, then descend into the 600m caldera for an adventurous exploration. This UNESCO World Heritage Site houses over 25,000 mammals, including the "Big Five." Enjoy lunch at noon (13:00), then ascend out of the caldera and drive back to Karatu Simba Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7:

•  Begin the day with breakfast at 06:30 before your safari guide picks you up from Karatu Simba Lodge.

• Journey to Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife.

• During your exploration of the park, encounter monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, elephants, and possibly lions resting in trees.

• Enjoy a stop for lunch at noon (13:00) amidst the park's scenic surroundings.

• After the game drive, return to Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.
