3 Days Ruaha National Park

Ruaha national park is one of the few Tanzania’s famous wilderness area where one can have a rare experience of game viewing spiced up by the fascinating landscape. The park is rich of plants and animals such as Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) which cannot be found in any other national park. The park boasts of her almost untouched and unexplored ecosystem, making visitors’ safari experience very unique. The tour will start at 06hr00 from Iringa Town.
Day 1
Safari from Iringa to Ruaha National Park
On this day you will leave early at 06hr00 from your hotel in Iringa Town and drive to Ruaha National park! After breakfast break will continue with game drive searching for wild animals around different locations of the park till lunch break. After lunch and a little rest within the park you will continue with the game drive till around 18hr30 and that will be the end of a full day game drives. Animals and attractions you should expect to see includes but not limited to Buffalos, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, elephants, hippos, Lions, Cheetah, different birds, plants and reptiles species. You’ll be driven to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Game drive in Ruaha NP and Maasai Tour
After breakfast at 07hr00 make a game drive where you will find vast wetland and plains which are home to an enormous array of water birds and other animals. Our expert guide will aid you to the best experience with an extended game till noon at 13hr00 when you’ll stop for lunch then advance with the game drive to 16hr00, ready to pay a visit to Maasai village.
Maasai Culture: In the evening at 16hr30, you will go at the village to learn about Maasai culture including traditions, customs, values and arts as well, the tour will be for 2 hours ending at 18hr30. Dinner and overnight will be at Ruaha Hilltop Lodge.

Day 3
Ruaha NP to Iringa Town
The day will star with a morning breakfast at 07hr00 followed by a genuine experience in the park giving you an ample time for animal sightings. Animals and attractions you should expect to see includes but not limited to Buffalos, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, elephants, hippos, Lions, Cheetah, different birds, plants and reptiles species. The game will be till noon (13hr00) when you’ll stop for lunch and later advance with the game while en-routing and driving back to Iringa Town for further schedules.
